Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes! Cash on Delivery is available on all orders across Pakistan.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 2–3 working days in major cities and 3–5 working days in other areas.

Are your bags real leather?

Each product page lists the material. Most of our range is premium vegan (faux) leather, which is durable, lightweight and easy to care for.

Can I return or exchange my bag?

Yes, within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused with tags attached. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

Do the product photos match the real bag?

We do our best to show true colours, but shades may vary slightly depending on your screen.

How do I care for my bag?

Wipe with a soft dry cloth, keep away from direct heat and moisture, and store it stuffed with paper in a dust bag to keep its shape.
