Delivery

• We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
• Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days in major cities and 3–5 working days elsewhere.
• You'll receive a tracking number by SMS/email once your order ships.

Payment options

• Cash on Delivery (COD) – pay when your bag arrives.
• Online payment – pay securely by card at checkout.

Returns & exchanges

If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging. Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced free of charge.
